Quality Control

1. In-process records – Keeping record to know what is happening with the product during the manufacturing process such as product weight, temperature, size, shape and ingredient usage.

2. Packaging and labeling – Packaging is selected and designed based upon the needs of a particular food item

3. Good manufacturing practices and sanitation – a regular cleaning and sanitizing program is essential to preventing contamination.

4. Warehousing – The storage space should be clean and consistent with the first-in-first-out. Before unloading materials, we inspect the condition of the trailer. If it doesn’t meet standards, we reject the load.

5. Storage – The product should be stored in an orderly manner under the proper conditions necessary to maintain quality.

6. Shipping – Shipping food and perishables comes with its own set of requirements to ensure they arrive at their destination fresh.

Live Cooking

A special buffet station is created with the so-called “live cooking”. Our chefs freshly prepare a dish in front of the guest’s eyes.

In those cases, we review co-manufacturer plant operations, identity product and service expectations and deliver a quality product to our customers.
